COVID-19 Update

April 2020

As the Government continues to put measures in place to delay and control the outbreak we would like to reassure you that we are committed to supporting our clients through these uncertain times.

Our office is currently open and operating on skeleton-staff. To ensure the health and wellbeing of our employees the remainder of our staff are now remote working. 

The office telephone number and emails are fully operational and we will continue to provide the highest levels of customer service. Our preferred communication method is by email and unfortunately there will be a delay on any postal requests. 


Our preference for payments at present is BACS and all of our invoices state our bank details. Please use the invoice number stated on the invoice as your payment reference. Debit cards/credit card payments can also be accepted. We would ask that you refrain from sending us cheques during this time.

We understand it is a difficult time for finances and we are here to help, therefore if you need any advice on premium payments and essential covers please contact us as soon as possible.

Once again, thank for your ongoing support as we work together to manage this unprecedented situation.
